Instructions
- Beat the butter on medium speed using a mixer for 2–3 minutes until creamy. Scrape the bowl sides as needed.
- Add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder; mix on low speed until blended. Scrape down the sides again. Pour in the heavy cream, vanilla, and salt; mix on low until combined.
- Increase to high speed and beat for 30–60 seconds until lightened in color and very creamy. Adjust consistency with more powdered sugar for thickness or extra cream for a thinner texture. Taste and tweak with salt if necessary.
