- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup lager
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 chopped green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the Crock Pot.
- Cover with lid, set heat to HIGH, and cook for 1 hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt or red pepper flakes as preferred.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onion and accompanied by pretzels, kettle chips, grilled sausages, and veggies.
Notes
For a spicier dip, increase the amount of red pepper flakes.
