Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup bourbon
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 minced garlic cloves


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, honey, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, bourbon, red pepper flakes, and minced garlic. Whisk until well mixed.
  2. Place the frozen meatballs in the Crock Pot and pour the sauce over them. Gently stir to ensure all meatballs are coated.
  3. Cover the Crock Pot with the lid and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, stir the meatballs gently in the sauce and serve.
