Description

German Pancakes are fluffy, delicious, and incredibly easy to make. With simple ingredients like eggs, milk, and flour, they bring comfort to your breakfast table. Ideal for family gatherings or a cozy weekend, you can serve them with syrup, fruits, or powdered sugar for an irresistible treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place butter in a glass 9×13 pan and melt it in the oven.
  3. In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, and almond extract. Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Once the butter is melted, coat the pan with it and pour in the blended mixture.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  6. Cut the pancake into squares and serve with syrup, fruit, powdered sugar, or peanut butter.

Notes

Ensure the butter is evenly spread in the pan for a perfect crust.
For added flavor, consider using vanilla extract instead of almond extract.
Serve immediately after baking for the best texture.
