- 1 pound ground veal or ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound italian sausage
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic or garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 10 grinds black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the ground meats in a large bowl.
- Add the grated parmesan and spices to the mixture.
- Mix gently by hand, being careful not to over mix.
- Form the mixture into balls slightly larger than golf balls.
- Place the meatballs in a non-stick pan and brown them on all sides, turning occasionally.
- Once browned, transfer the meatballs to a glass baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Verify the doneness of one meatball before serving.
- Serve with pasta, polenta, or on their own.
