Description

Million Dollar Dip is a mouthwatering blend of cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon, perfect for parties or a cozy snack. It’s simple to prepare and sure to impress anyone with its rich flavors!


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and finely crumbled
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • optional garnish: additional sliced green onion
  • for serving: crackers, toasted baguette slices, pretzel crisps, cut-up raw veggies such as carrot sticks, bell pepper strips, and celery sticks


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add the grated sharp cheddar cheese, toasted sliced almonds, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions. Mix well.
  3. Season with garlic powder, ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and garnish with additional sliced green onions, if desired.
  5. Serve with crackers, toasted baguette slices, pretzel crisps, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a creamier texture, let the dip sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
