Description

These No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are a delightful treat combining creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate, making them a simple yet indulgent option for dessert. Perfect for anyone seeking a quick and delicious homemade snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter


Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13" pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the melted margarine and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Blend in the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a metal bowl or double boiler over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  6. Spread the melted chocolate over the chilled crust and refrigerate for at least an hour until set.
  7. Once the topping is firm, cut into squares, aiming for 4 by 8 rows to yield 32 bars.
