These 4th of July Rice Krispie Treats are easy to make and bursting with flavor! Featuring Rice Krispies, mini marshmallows, and vibrant sprinkles, they are a festive addition to any celebration. Perfect for gatherings, these treats are not only fun to make but deliciously enjoyable.

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Red white and blue sprinkles
- Red and blue food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
- Optionally, divide the mixture and add food coloring for vibrant layers.
- Stir in the Rice Krispies until they're evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and gently press into an even layer.
- Sprinkle colorful toppings on top while still warm.
- Allow to cool for 30–45 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For a pop of color, try using different colors of sprinkles.
Ensure marshmallows are fully melted for a smooth texture.
Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
