Description

Enjoy succulent Air Fryer Chicken Thighs that are perfectly seasoned for irresistible flavor. This quick, homemade dish makes a delightful dinner for busy nights with minimal prep and incredible taste.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 large boneless chicken thighs (about 2 pounds), skin optional, excess fat removed
  • 1 ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken thighs with kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cumin, curry powder, and olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, snugly fitting them together.
  4. Cook for 13 to 15 minutes, until the chicken is browned and a thermometer reads at least 170°F in the thickest part. Optionally, flip halfway for less blackening.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing, if desired.

Notes

For optimal results, ensure the air fryer is fully preheated.
You can customize seasoning based on personal preferences or available spices.
Allowing the chicken to rest enhances its juiciness.
