Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 can apple pie filling
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F.
  2. Roll out the pie crust, cutting it into 8 rectangles, each measuring 3×6 inches.
  3. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of apple pie filling onto 4 of the rectangles.
  4. Cover with the remaining rectangles and crimp the edges using a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg, making several slits in each pie.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over the top.
  7. Air fry for 8 minutes, until golden and crispy.

Notes

For a touch of extra flavor, add a sprinkle of nutmeg to the apple pie filling.
Keep an eye on the pies while cooking, as air fryer times may vary slightly.
Allow pies to cool for a few minutes before serving to prevent burns.
