Description

Enjoy Air Fryer Salmon Bites for a quick and healthy meal. These bites are packed with flavor and feature simple ingredients, making them perfect for busy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • pounds salmon fillets, skin removed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free or regular)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried dill, kosher salt, nutritional yeast, and panko, gently tossing until evenly coated.
  3. Place the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. For a delightful texture, slightly overcook them as they taste great with a chicken nugget-like bite. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, reheating in the air fryer.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with spices according to your taste.
Serve with a dipping sauce for added flavor.
Leftovers can be enjoyed cold in salads or reheated.
