Description

These Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Nuggets are delicious and easy to make. Featuring tender chicken breast marinated in a flavorful blend, they’re perfect for a quick meal or snack that satisfies any craving.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ½ cup dill pickle juice
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika


Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner fillets, then cut each fillet into 1-2 inch squares or rectangles.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pickle juice, milk, brown sugar, salt, onion powder, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until thoroughly coated with the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the marinated chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  4. Heat a grill pan or cast iron skillet over medium heat and lightly spray it with oil.
  5. Arrange the chicken in an even layer on the pan. Cook for 4 minutes without moving the chicken to achieve good grill marks. Flip the pieces and cook for another 4 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of at least 165°F before removing from heat.
  6. Serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for the full 4 hours.
Make sure the grill is hot before adding the chicken for better searing.
These chicken nuggets can be served with your favorite dipping sauce.
