Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white rice

  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • ½ cup cilantro, chopped


Instructions

  2. Add the white rice and sea salt, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the lime zest, lime juice, and chopped cilantro. Combine gently and serve warm.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
