Description

These Corned Beef Sliders are loaded with flavor, featuring tender corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and melted Swiss cheese. Perfect for cozy nights or gatherings, these easy-to-make sliders will surely please the crowd.


Ingredients

  • 1 package king's hawaiian rolls (12 count), can substitute with rye bread slider buns
  • 1/2 cup russian dressing or thousand island dressing
  • 3/4 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and excess moisture squeezed out
  • 9 slices swiss cheese
  • 12 mini pickle (optional)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, minced (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated horseradish (from a jar)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Russian dressing ingredients and set aside.
  3. Drain the sauerkraut well, then press it with a paper towel to squeeze out any excess moisture. Set aside.
  4. Using a serrated knife, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half.
  5. Spread Russian dressing on both sides.
  6. Lay the bottom half of the rolls in a baking pan.
  7. Layer on the sliced beef, followed by pickle relish, sauerkraut, and slices of Swiss cheese.
  8. Cover with the top bun and set aside.
  9. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and stir well.
  10. Brush the top of the sliders with the prepared butter sauce, coating all the nooks and crannies.
  11. Cover the pan with foil, then bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Remove the pan from the oven, let the sliders rest for 10 minutes, slice, and serve with a pickle on top if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the ingredients based on your preference, such as changing the type of cheese used.
These sliders can be made ahead of time; assemble then bake when ready to serve.
