- 3 eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg beaten
- ⅓ cup milk
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, and baking ammonia or baking soda.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter using beaters. Gradually add sugar and then orange zest.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, alternating with the orange juice. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the flour to form a soft, pliable dough.
- Cover the dough and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cookies 2 inches apart.
- In a small bowl, whisk the egg and milk together. Brush the mixture over the cookies and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
