  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons diced onion
  • 1/3 cup cubed ham
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach


Instructions

  2. Add the diced onion, cubed ham, red bell pepper, and sliced mushrooms, cooking until they start to tenderize but remain crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
