Description

These Loaded French Fries are your new go-to comfort food. Crispy fries topped with gooey cheddar cheese, savory bacon, and fresh veggies make for a delicious meal or snack. Perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in with friends and family!


Ingredients

  • 907 grams (2 lbs) french fries cooked
  • 2 ½ cups (8 oz) cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6-8 pieces bacon cooked and chopped
  • ⅔ cup tomatoes diced
  • ½ medium red onion diced
  • ½ cup sour cream, greek yogurt or ranch
  • 4 green onions diced
  • Fresh Parsley finely chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the French fries until crispy. Once done, keep them in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Top the crispy fries with shredded cheese, cooked bacon, diced tomatoes, and diced red onions.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted.
  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream, green onions, and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
