Instructions
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Make a well in the center, then add the milk, egg, and melted butter. Whisk until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
- Cook until browned on both sides, which takes just a few minutes.

- These pancakes also freeze well.
