Description

These No-Bake Easter Bark Cookies combine sweet almond bark with salty pretzels and colorful M&Ms. Perfect for quick treats, they offer irresistible flavor with minimal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 ounces white almond bark
  • 2 cups pretzel twists
  • ½ cup pastel m&ms

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or waxed paper.
  2. Crush pretzels into small pieces.
  3. Melt the white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, stirring frequently until lumps disappear.
  4. Add the crushed pretzels to the bowl and mix until evenly combined.
  5. Gently fold in the pastel M&Ms until incorporated, being careful not to overmix to avoid melting the candies.
  6. Spoon the mixture by the tablespoon onto the prepared cookie sheet.
  7. Freeze for about 10 minutes to solidify completely.
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Notes

Ensure the almond bark is melted smoothly to prevent clumping.
Use pastel M&Ms for a festive appearance, but any color can be replaced for different occasions.
