Description

This Red White and Blue Funfetti Cake Dip is a delicious and festive treat, perfect for celebrations. With a blend of cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and colorful sprinkles, it’s simple to prepare and will surely impress your guests. Serve with fresh strawberries and graham crackers for a delightful snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cool whip thawed
  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup vanilla cake mix heat-treated
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons red white & blue sprinkles
  • fresh strawberries as dippers
  • graham crackers as dippers
  • nila wafers as dippers

Instructions

  1. Microwave the dry cake mix in a microwave-safe bowl for 1–2 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let it cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Mix in Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and the cooled cake mix, along with a pinch of salt until creamy.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Gently fold in sprinkles to prevent color bleeding.
  6. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to achieve the best texture. Garnish the dip with additional sprinkles and serve with fresh strawberries, graham crackers, and nila wafers.

Notes

Ensure the cake mix is heat-treated for safety.
Feel free to use other dippers such as pretzels or fruit.
For a lighter version, use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
