Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk of choice, preferably 2%
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, or fresh

  • 1 tablespoon agave or honey, may use more
  • 10.6 ounces non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, approximately 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender: 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 2 cups of fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon of agave or honey, and approximately 10.6 ounces of non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt.
  2. If using fresh fruit, include a handful of ice cubes (about 1 cup).
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  4. Pour into two cups and serve cold.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more agave or honey.
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen strawberries.
