- 1 tablespoon agave or honey, may use more
- 10.6 ounces non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt, approximately 1 cup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender: 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, 2 cups of fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon of agave or honey, and approximately 10.6 ounces of non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt.
- If using fresh fruit, include a handful of ice cubes (about 1 cup).
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Pour into two cups and serve cold.
