- 2 tbs mayonnaise

- 4 slices toasted wheat or white bread
- 1 tomato sliced
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 6 -8 ounces sliced turkey (can be leftover or deli style) enough for 2 sandwiches
- 2 large lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the mashed avocado, mayonnaise, and balsamic vinegar until smooth.
- Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto all four slices of toasted bread.
- On two slices of bread, layer the sliced tomato, bacon, turkey, and lettuce.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread to create sandwiches.
- Cut sandwiches in half, and if preparing for lunch, wrap them well.
