Instructions
- Rinse the rice in a fine mesh strainer until it's free from starch and debris.
- Combine rice, water, salt, and butter in the Instant Pot. Ensure the rice is fully submerged in water.
- Seal the lid of the Instant Pot.
- Set the Instant Pot to high pressure and cook for 4 minutes. Remember, there will be a few minutes for the pot to reach pressure.
- Once cooking concludes, allow a natural release for 15 minutes.
- Perform a quick release to vent any remaining pressure before opening the lid.
- Fluff the rice gently with a fork before serving.
